Christmas Party

2003

The Great Outdoors was this year's location of our annual club Christmas Party.

The evening started with a social hour of hors d'oeuvre, drink and good friends.  We were all very happy to see our IRF sponsors, Rip & Marsha Dyal and Ralph & Linda Foss from All City Auto Wrecking. Also, "Shorty" Crocker, owner of C&D Golf carts, one of our active member's.  Thirty of our members were in attendance dressed in their Christmas best. We missed our club members that had their government "space community" Christmas parties on this same night.

The food was served at 7 pm sharp. The most popular dish was the Atlantic salmon. In addition, the roasted pork and baked chicken were very good.

After dinner, our crazy gift exchange took place. The most popular gift to be stolen this year was a super set of barbeque utensils in their own storage case. This item was "stolen" many times throughout the evening.

Afterwards, many of our members sat around and had some great conversation.
