CALLED TO ORDER at 7:00p.m. by John Novick, President - 31 Members Present

President's Reports/Comments:
John Novick

"Do we have a quorum[1]?"

Secretary's Response: "Yes, we do."
     - Steve Amato sold 50/50 tickets for the Tom Staggs Memorial Fund.

     - Anyone interested in running for an office, please let Jack Messemer,
Dave Smart or Marv Imes know, so they can put your name on the ballot.
We are in desperate need for someone to run for Secretary, we cannot
have a club without one. Also, we need someone for Sunshine Lady since
our current Sunshine Lady is running for Treasurer.

Vice Presidents's Report/Comments:
Ed Fitzpatrick

       - The Horse Sisters Car Show was a great success with about 125 cars and motorcycles.
Our club member,Bob Shearer, won for his interior of his beautiful Oldsmobile.

       - Just a reminder, the fourth ($th) Saturday of each month, therre is a car show at
Hooters's on Merritt Island. Club members who plan to attend can meet at the Publix
parking lot on US#1.in Port St. John at 3:00 p.m. If you have any questions please check
         the bulletin board.

       - Bob Arnold explained to the Club members why the Horse Sisters Car Show was in a different
location than where we had our car show. The City of Titusville passed an ordinance that
makes it almost impossible to warrant the cost of having a car show where we did at the Point.

and was seconded by Jack Messemer and the report passed unanimously.
