Vintage Vehicles 2004 Christmas Party

This year’s party turned out pretty good. The Club had 56 participants, at the last count. The winners of the Men’s and Women’s Door prizes ($50 at Sears) were: Bill Symon and Donna Messemer, respectively. The winner of the Grand Door Prize (3 days and two nights at the Landings in Cocoa Beach) was Bobbie Jo Brandeberry. Ms PeeWee Doucette did the honors of selecting Bobbie Jo’s ticket. Everyone seemed to have a good time. Porky’s put out a great spread. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The decorations were quite beautiful and there was Christmas music too. It was a great time to visit with old friends, and wish all of our Club members a Merry Christmas. We were finished around 9PM with plenty of time for cleanup! The gift swap went fairly smooth. Each person who brought a gift, received a gift from a large pile of gifts under the tree. Several pictures were taken and even more will be available soon. Special thanks go out to Esther Valerio, who was able to secure the donated grand prize. I am sure that Bobbie Jo will enjoy that one. Thanks again to all those who helped make this a good time for all. Next year, we are looking for bigger and better!!! Thanks to our Party Committee: Jack Valerio, Ken Saul, Bill Craft and Ray Bohannan.
