Cruis'n
for the Kids Car Show, Nov. 19, 2005
On Sat. Ed Fitz, Terry and Novick attended
the Edgewater first annual Cruis'n for the Kids show. The
weather was great, just enough sun and clouds to be enjoyable. The rain held
off until about 12:30 which shortened the show by a few hours. About 60 cars
showed and several were cars that we have not seen before.
The judging was done by the manager of the
Chick Filet, a sponsor, and the local fire department. They solved the always
difficult question regarding classes. One class was Chevy - then Ford - then
truck and so on.
John Novick was awarded a 1st in class (Ford). This came as a
surprise - there were some awesome duce coupes and hi boys. "Needless to say
this was not judged by experienced judges."
