Old Business:

INDIAN RIVER FESTIVAL:  John Novick stated, “We are out of the Car Show business with the IRF.  They are on their own.”   We will discuss this further under new business, too much applause from the audience.

WARBIRD AIR AND CAR SHOW, March 17th: We are in the Air Show/Car Show Business on St. Patty’s Day.   Dave Smart is our Lead Guy on this show.

Saturday, March 17, 2007, time to be announced.  We believe registration will be between 8 am and 11 am.  A $20.00 registration fee for car and two occupants.  Sue Fitzpatrick is Registration Chairman for this show.

Dave Smart:      “Everything is hunky dory, we are going to be in the same field we were in years ago.”  He goes on to explain were it is located. We were told we could have 50 cars, but I was informed that we could get in what we could, up to 100 cars not including car member’s cars.

John asks, “Can we bring in a golf cart?”  Dave does not know and will ask.

Ed Fitzpatrick is Head of Parking.

Swanie, Joe and Sue are responsible for the Gates.  We need 6 people for the gates, 3 at each.  There was a discussion on how tickets will be distributed to attendees.

Dave Smart shows a draft of the Flyer for the Warbird Air and Car Show.

Club members decide which car shows we will hand out flyers.

If you need information on where to enter for show or any other details contact, Dave Smart or John Novick.  Dave is going to make a map of event and post it on the website.

CLUB LICENSE PLATES: Dave Smart still has a few plates left, they are $20.00.

NASA SHOW:    The Show is Saturday, March 10, 2007 and Vintage Vehicles has been asked to park the show cars and spend about an hour judging the cars.  Volunteers get a free T-shirt , lunch ticket, and Free Beer.  Dave Smart signed up about 10 to 12 volunteers.

New Business:

Concession Stand Daytona:      We need to know who will volunteer to work the concession booth for Daytona Races.  We will need at least 16 volunteers.  The question is, “Will we have enough volunteers before we can put our club on the list?”

Standby list starts next week for the 2008 season.

INDIAN RIVER FESTIVAL:   Gerry Doucette motioned that Vintage Vehicles should send out flyers to the 2005 and 2006 attendees of our IRF Car Show, stating that we are not affiliated with the 2007 IRF Car Show.  Don Loftis seconded and motioned passed unanimously.
