Saturday, March 27 the Kennedy Space Center All-American Picnic Car Show Committee arrived at Kars Park bright and early to assist Gayle Kennedy, the organizer, with the registration and of parking show cars. The committee consisted of Ed Chartier, Ed Fitzpatrick, Ryan Fontaine, Mitzi Frazer, Marv Imes, John Novick, Tom Staggs, Mike Symon, Floyd Tilley and Dave Smart. Once all of the cars were in place the judging began. A friend of Floyd's (another experienced judge) aided us with this portion of the event. Also judging, in a special category, were several current astronauts (flown in from Houston for the day) and Director, Mr. Kennedy of NASA.  The weather was great as was the food and drink. A good time was had by all attending. Our assistance was greatly appreciated by the NASA folks. I expect we will be asked for a return appearance next year. Many thanks go to all of the Vintage Vehicles members who assisted. You were great!
